The Argus Apartment offered a luxurious space with a blend of historical elegance and modern amenities. We particularly enjoyed the afternoon tea by the pool, where local treats provided a delightful touch to our afternoons. The staff's warm hospitality made us feel genuinely welcome, with special attention from Nurul who always had a smile.

The lack of sound insulation was noticeable at times, which affected our tranquility.

We had a great stay in a unique room full of carefully curated pieces. The shower setup was a bit awkward though. a fantastic experience in Penang, would recommend!

My stay at this heritage hotel was delightful, blending Peranakan style with modern comforts, and it's only a short walk to attractions like Little India and the Wonderfood Museum. it's an ideal spot for leisurely strollers looking to soak in the essence of George Town.

Light control in the rooms was lacking. the red lanterns in the hallway shone brightly into the rooms at night, making it tough to find the light switches. The included breakfast was limited to small portions with no buffet options, which might leave you wanting more. The steep, narrow stairs to the upstairs amenities could be a challenge, particularly if you have mobility issues.
